Delivery: lied about when they shipped and how they shipped. broke contract. Service: when i asked for shipping confirmation i was called rude and asked why i was 'trying to make things difficult for them.' then they lied to me for 3 weeks about shipping details. avoid!!!

Hello, We're sorry you had an unpleasant experience. For this order, we strictly followed the DDP terms you specified and the agreed air shipping by UPS(10-15 days after plane departure)
Before payment, we clearly informed you about the timeline and tracking rules. The 5-day May Day public holiday affected the schedule, but we still delivered on May 19th after the flight took off on May 10th, all as planned. We provided the tracking number and logistic progress promptly. With air shipping, logistics information only shows up after customs clearance. Despite we explained multiple times, still the misunderstandings occurred during communication. We're sorry if our tone was off under stress.
